Returns Policy
REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds will be send in to same account you make order.
Example: If you make bank payment you will receive refund on same account in EUR- USD depends of country of payment.
Crypto REFUNDS: We will send you refund in same crypto currency you make payment.
Example: If you pay 10 ETH for order you will receive 10 ETH back.
We are not responsible for crypto-markets prices changes as we capture payments in crypto currency payed . So be careful we are not crypto exchange! We capture crypto currency amount in coins and returning same amount fo coins back!
Items shipped to NON- EU countries with reason ( import taxes are to high, not pickup package from customs or address) are not allowed to return!
You need to check import taxes before you make order to NON-EU country.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75€ , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We always refund the amount to the original payment method. However, if your credit card has expired in the meantime and the amount has nevertheless been refunded, please contact your credit card company directly. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to access the refunded money.
Product Description
For maximum warmth and stretch, the Seek Select 4/3 Front Zip mixes high-tech fabrics. The high-end wetsuit line from ION has Graphene Lining, a remarkable heat insulator that keeps you toasty on the water. The Seek Select is the most cutting-edge wetsuit available today, made entirely of premium materials. Graphene Plush was added to the torso and legs of the ION to enable exploration in the harshest environments.
The arms and shoulders are kept warmer thanks to the Hot Stuff 2.0 liner. In order to boost comfort and flexibility in this critical area, ION uses a novel outer lining with a rhombus form that stretches readily due to its distinct structure. A little silicone print around the front zip opening is another feature that protects you from chilly showers. The connection between the flap and the remainder of the wetsuit is strengthened. This expensive suit has strengthened and sealed seams that increase its durability and resistance to wear and tear.

Dry_Grid
Leave the water in its rightful place down below, not in your wetsuit – Drygrid absorbs up to 30% less water. As a result, the wetsuit is lighter and cooling by evaporation is reduced. Last but not least the look of the Drygrid contributes to the sophisticated detailing.
Graphene_Plush
Graphene is an impossibly light, strong and heat-conducting material. ION integrated this revolutionary material into it's new inner lining – with the highest concentration you'll find in any wetsuit on the market. The result is up to 20% more warmth compared to ION's Plasma_Plush 2.0 lining. Also, Graphene_Plush guarantees incredible drying times for your wetsuit, making sure it's always nice and comfy.
Max_Flex
Max_Flex is our latest innovation in flexibility and stretch. The unique rhombus-shaped structure of this lining material allows it to be more flexible. Further does the material itself not soak up water but redistributes it on the surface thru small channels. This increases the evaporation of water and reduces drying time.
Hot_Stuff 2.0
Hot_Stuff 2.0 lining comes with a plushier feel due to larger loops that trap more air for heat insulation. It is the stretchiest thermo lining in ION's entire range.
Power_Seams
Ultra slim outside sealing technology for a long lasting life span providing freedom of movement and comfort wrapped in a smart package. The Power_Seams adding a special touch and unique look to all ION Select models.
Maki_Tape 2.0
Highly elastic neoprene tape reinforces the seams on the lower body and commonly stressed cuff area from the inside.
Sweep_Cut
Seam-free shoulder design for increased paddle reach and shoulder rotation.
Cordlock
So let's get down to the nitty-gritty: A soft cord lock for front-zip wetsuits that can be adjusted with just one hand. It's a subtle addition that won't bother you while riding.
Seam_Reinforcement
All stress points are reinforced and secured by melco tape from the inside to ensure a longer lifespan of the seams.
Fused Edges
Embossed sleeve and leg ends for a sleeker and more durable finish.
Knee_Hollow embossing
Increased freedom of movement
Elbow_Hollow
Less material at the crook of the arm increases the freedom of movement when bending the arm.
Seal_Tite
Again, this feature prevents water from rushing into the wetsuit by sealing off the cuffs and collar thanks to small rubber strips on the inside.
Drain_Holes
Quick water release when needed in order to combat water accumulation inside the wetsuit. The Drain_Holes are secured in place from the inside and won't expand.
Separate Leg_Loop
The loops can be wrapped tightly around the ankle to prevent water from rushing into the suit. To avoid losing the Leg_Loops when you're in the water, they feature a unique, extra-strong velcro construction.
Key Pocket
Enjoy the session and stop worrying about your keys – easily store them in the Key_Pocket. Please note: only store water resistant keys in order to avoid any damage.
Replaceable Draw Cord
The cord is used to tighten the suit at the shoulder. The high load on this small detail can lead to unavoidable damage. Now it can be easily replaced. This is ION's answer to planned product obsolescence that occurs in other industries.
Novaskin
Water_Barrier
The Water_Barrier at the front zip opening area improves the connection between the flap and rest of the wetsuit. This silicone application prevents water from flushing into the suit hence contributing to the overall warmth properties.
I_Foam
I_Foam is an extreme lightweight and stretchy neoprene foam. For this season we upgraded I_foam with Oyster shell powder, replacing Limestone. This upgrade makes our I_foam more sustainable while maintaining its superior characteristics. Thanks to the foamed structure with more air trapped inside and a lower density I_foam contributes to heat insulation and better flexibility.
